Breweries all across America—sort of like everyone else—are struggling. Distributing beer has never been profitable; lately, even in-taproom demand is down. But there’s one heartland spot that can’t-stop-won’t-stop: Big Grove Brewery.
Headquartered in Solon, Iowa (of all places!), Big Grove has seen a stratospheric launch, skyrocketing from 3.5 barrels to more than 100,000—which puts them in the nation’s top 3% of breweries by production. If you haven’t heard of them yet, well, you are now. What’s their secret?
